For the past two decades, my legal career has been dedicated to fighting for people who have lost their ability to work, care for their families and engage in many of life’s activities, only to be told by large, impersonal, and powerful long term disability insurance companies that their claims are being denied.

My practice is devoted to aggressively representing claimants in disability insurance claims and litigation, including ERISA, private and governmental policies of short and long term disability, long-term care, life insurance and health plans.

We represent clients throughout the country and act as local counsel to many firms who bring cases in our jurisdictions.
