Carl P. Maltese founded the Law Office of Carl Maltese in 1966. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he moved with his family to Commack in 1964.

For his entire 40- year legal career he represented personal injury victims. His practice was always successful in part due to the fact that he chose to keep it a boutique-sized firm. Interacting personally with each client and delivering personal attention to each case was of the utmost importance to him.

​He earned a reputation in the Suffolk County legal community as an experienced, dedicated, and trustworthy advocate for accident victims. Carl’s philosophy of offering personal attention to each client is still at the foundation of the current firm’s philosophy.
