Our founder and president Beti Beno Esq. has over 20 years of practice in all aspects of immigration, including political asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status and citizenship, as well as divorce proceedings, wills, and real estate matters.

Among her most noteworthy accomplishments, Ms. Beno counts hundreds of won asylum cases and cancellation of removal for immigrants who fled their countries of origin due to persecution. Early in her career, she interned with the Brooklyn Legal Aid Society, assisting battered and abused women in divorce cases, restraining order proceedings, child custody, and child support cases.

Ms. Beno received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the City University of New York-Hunter College and her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Ms. Beno is admitted to practice before all New York State courts. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Ms. Beno is passionate about women’s empowerment and serves as president of the Albanian American Women Association.
