Cass & Peters, PLLC

Mr. Cass is the founding partner of the law firm of Cass and Peters. He graduated Syracuse University in 1969. In 1973 he graduated from Brooklyn law school since that time he has practiced almost exclusively in the area of the New York State workers compensation law. He is a former board member of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Bar Association.

Presently, he is an advisor to the New York City Bar Association on all matters related to Workers’ Compensation. Mr. Cass is also a member of the organization’s panel on Workers Compensation.

Prior to establishing the firm in 1980, Mr. Cass was an Assistant Corporation Counsel defending New York City against claims filed by municipal workers.
