Joseph T. Mullen, Jr. has distinguished himself, over the last 40 years, as a tireless advocate, champion and defender of the rights of those who have been injured through many types of accidents and medical malpractice. He was born and grew up in the Bronx, attended Fordham University and later the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, from which he graduated in 1982.
