Mirza Law

Mr. Adnan F. Mirza graduated from the City College of New York, CUNY, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, and attended Brooklyn Law School where he received his Juris Doctor. Mr. Mirza is licensed to practice law in New York, Alabama, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.

Mr. Mirza founded his law firm envisioning a client-oriented cutting-edge approach to employment-related issues and plaintiff’s litigation, including employment and torts litigation. Mr. Mirza’s experience includes fighting for victims facing a range of legal issues, and he is well versed and passionate in employment-related legal matters and New York civil procedure for litigation practice.

Working in both public and private sector law, Mr. Mirza brings a deep understanding of challenging legal issues and devises customized but decisive solutions in client representation. The core philosophy of the firm is to achieve the best outcome for clients through the “three E’s”: Epistemology (knowledge), Experience, and Empathy.

In representing clients, a diligent attorney is expected to showcase requisite skills and experience in approaching legal issues. However, Mr. Mirza believes a client’s interests are best served when in addition to skill and experience, his/her attorney can empathize and see issues through the client’s lens. Client-centric legal service always brings the possibility of achieving an outcome that is right for clients. Mr. Mirza is a member of the employment law and Torts law sections New York State Bar Association. He is also a member of the New York Academy of Trial Lawyers and the New York City Bar Association.

Hailing from New York, Mr. Mirza lives in Brooklyn, NY. Besides law, he is passionate about helping youths achieve greater potential in life, whether in academia or sports. He is active in many other community organizations.
