Joel Robinson has been fighting passionately for the rights of injured persons for his entire career. He is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in all New York state and federal courts. He has practiced in many different states as well by being admitted Pro Hac Vice. As a founding member of Robinson Yablon Cooper & Bonfante, LLP, Joel believes that every case must be prepared as if it will proceed to trial. Only then can the case’s value be maximized and only then can the case proceed where the client, not the insurance company, has the upper hand. Joel has tried many cases to verdict. Joel has made a name for himself and the firm by never placing any issue above client service. At any hour of the day, he is there for the client, and our clients never forget it.
