Since his admission into the bar in 2010, he has dedicated his career to representing people who have been injured as a result of another’s negligence. Robert is an experienced litigator who has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury actions and has recovered millions for his clients through settlements and verdicts.

His philosophy with each case he handles is to prepare for war but hope for peace. He takes the time to get to know every client, zealously represents each case, and ensures that the client is fully informed throughout the process.

Robert graduated from SUNY Albany with a bachelors in Public Law and Policy in 2006. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 2009. He is an active member of American Association For Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association and Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.
