Since founding Elefterakis, Elefterakis & Panek with his brother John in 2011, Nick has overseen the firm’s growth into a nationally recognized litigation powerhouse. As Managing Partner and General Counsel, Nick supervises EEP’s talented roster of attorneys and support staff and works closely on each case.

Renowned for his tactical prowess and keen intellect, Nick has negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation for injured clients and helped shape the law. This acumen is in balance with the humanity and kindness he brings to his work. Nick’s ability to genuinely connect and collaborate with people at all levels of the firm is exhibited through his multifaceted role.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, where he, his wife, and four children live, Nick dedicates himself to giving back to his community. His charitable contributions include founding, funding, and managing EEP Sports, a league of over 22 youth baseball teams aged 5 to 14. Nick truly believes in the transformational power of sports to build community, discipline, and leadership. Over the years, he has continued to raise the bar by recruiting coaches and mentors committed to making a difference in the lives of young athletes.
