Attorney Brian D Bass is a former assistant district attorney in Suffolk County from 1989 through 1992. He had previously acted as a part-time prosecuting attorney for the Incorporated Village of Patchogue from 1992 through 1994.

Brian graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with honors in 1986. Thereafter, Brian pursued Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School and earned his degree in 1989.

Brian was admitted to the Bar of New York State in January 1990. He is also admitted to practice before the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Brain is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association.
