His practice focused on representing clients in a wide array of corporate matters, including joint ventures, partnerships, restructurings, and commercial real estate transactions. He was also previously an investment banker and has experience including capital advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.Mr. Fridman previously worked at Rabobank Group, an international financial services firm. During his time at Rabobank, Mr. Fridman specialized in Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, and Renewable Energy & Infrastructure Finance (REIF).
