Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Firm

For over 30 years, Alan Fuchsberg has been a nationally recognized personal injury lawyer. Alan works on individual lawsuits as well as class actions. His experience includes civil rights lawsuits such as foster care abuse, and the full spectrum of personal injury actions, including medical malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death cases. He also handles employment, insurance, antitrust, and estate proceedings, as well as cases involving police misconduct and the infringement of civil liberties.

Alan comes from a family of lawyers and judges, who were the founding members of the Jacob Fuchsberg Law Firm. In his view, all clients should be considered members of the family and shown dignity, respect, and compassion.

In addition to being a frequent lecturer on matters of interest to the personal injury arena, Alan has written numerous articles for major legal publications. Recent topics include “Challenging 9/11 Victims Fund Rules” and “The Act of God Defense and Hurricane Sandy: Fact Intensive Analysis Required.” He also serves on the Board of Trustees at New York University School of Law.
