Eugene Khavinson is the president and founder of Khavinson & Mandronico, P.C., formed in 2001. Since that time, Khavinson & Mandronico, P.C. has vastly expanded to accommodate hundreds of cases and attorneys who practice in all five boroughs of New York City, as well as Westchester and Nassau Counties, and Federal Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Mr. Khavinson spent his early career working as an engineer, having graduated from Moscow Institute of Electronic Machinery Construction in 1973. In that capacity, Mr. Khavinson held various engineering supervisory positions, but he ultimately decided to take that experience and apply it to practicing law. He graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1994 and went on to practice corporate law, real estate law, business transactions, immigration law, and civil litigation. After years of working in well-known firms, Mr. Khavinson formed Khavinson & Mandronico, P.C. with the intention of serving diverse clients with varying legal issues in New York City and Philadelphia.

Under Mr. Khavinson’s guidance, Khavinson & Mandronico, P.C. is an accomplished civil litigation firm that focuses on excellent client interactions and better client outcomes. Managing the attorneys and staff in the firm, Mr. Khavinson is a wealth of information stemming from 20+ years of law practice and his extensive background knowledge in engineering and management. Moreover, clients appreciate Mr. Khavinson’s straightforward approach to their cases and his ability and acumen as their advocate.

Mr. Khavinson is admitted to practice law in New York State and Pennsylvania, as well as Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of New York.
