Ms. Yang began her legal career at the General practice law firm in 2008 where she handled residential and commercial real estate and banking/financing transactions. Ms. Yang handled banking transaction for institutions such as HSBC, JP MorganChase, Citibank, Wells Fargo, Summit Mortgage, Guardhill, and The Bank of New York. During her time with the firm, Ms. Yang developed a broad base of experience in a variety of legal matters which include business transactions, Corporation, trust & estates, and immigration.

Ms. Yang later founded her own practice, Law Office of Yang, P.C. where she practice encompasses real estate matters, having represented purchasers, sellers, lenders, developers and sponsors in a wide range of real estate transactions including the purchase, sale, and financing of cooperative apartments, condominiums, private homes, commercial strip malls, apartment buildings and the coordination of IRC 1031 exchange transfers. Though the majority of her practice is real estate based, Ms. Yang does handle the purchase and sale of businesses, forming corporate entities, preparing and probating Will’s, drafting lease agreements, and immigration matters.

Ms. Yang personally oversees all of the real estate transactions for the firm. Ms. Yang is a lecturer for professional organizations on issues relating to real estate transactions, and has received numerous awards from local organizations for her support and participation in the real estate industry. Ms. Yang is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
