David S. Rich is the founding member of the Law Offices of David S. Rich, LLC, a New York Employment and Business Litigation Law Firm, in Manhattan and in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. Mr. Rich is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania. He has more than twenty years of experience defending employers and businesses and representing executives and professionals in business and employment lawsuits and matters.

Mr. Rich litigates civil, commercial, employment and securities matters in federal and state courts in Manhattan and New Jersey, and arbitrates such matters before FINRA and other arbitral bodies. Mr. Rich also litigates appeals.
